The ''fat'' song is very old! don't remember but I heard a long time ago this song. I think that this videos are funny makes me laugh. but the lyrics are strange.
ReplyDeleteI think the lyrics of the second one are rude but If you get hurt by them Maybe is because you think you're ugly ,otherwise They wouldn't have to affected you, but anyway i don't think the author of the second one should publish something like that . The author i don't know was he was thinking When he create the lyrics Maybe he just wanted to make a funny video or Maybe just criticize people who he thinks are ugly or fat , but in the last one he was more like defending be fat by saying it in a funny way i think so. Anyway is a good source of vocabulary
ReplyDeleteThe first video is so wear I think that isn't offensive but can be to another person. The second one shows the typical cheers on USA that allways appear on TV, it's a funny and silly song.

ReplyDeleteI had never watched these videos, but they're fun and weird. It is a strange way of criticizing people fat and ugly, so maybe not criticize, I think it is better to say that the author tries to submit his point of view on the model of beauty for him and what is not, also how this kind of people in society is rejected.

ReplyDeleteThese videos are really funny, but the content found in the lyrics of the two songs is really offensive. The two videos show a sarcastic way currently existing stereotypes about what it means to be beautiful or not.

The song-writer's intentions are clear: MAKING FUN and DISCRIMINATE
on the other hand it's an passable way to learn and improve our vocabulary focus on appearance.

ReplyDeleteI hate this guy ''weird al Jankovic'' because he always ruins the good songs,for example he makes a poor imitation from nirvana,I think about that he is a silly person, the only that he provides to me is vocabulary no more, and the girl I think that they makes the song in 5 minutes.
